STATEMENT FOR EMURGENCY HELP
My name is Tilneac Valentin Ioan, together with my wife who is pregnant in the 6th months and a half. Because of the non-observing of the some human rights and rights of the pregnant woman in Romania, we are in the situation of not having a place to live in.
I want to mention the following:
I took care of my disabled parents and at their death I lost my apartment because it was sold. Thus, I was in the situation of being taken a human right, that of having an identity card, a place to live and consequently a job. Without identification documents I can not marry legally, I can not work and earn my living, I can not maintain a family, pay a rent, have an employment record, have an account in a bank, send a letter by mail.
When my wife got pregnant she could not afford having an abortion (what we call murder, but women in Romania prefer doing it).
My question towards those who visit the site, especially the human rights and pregnant women rights organizations is: Is it possible to wish so badly having a child, to fight for him, when everybody around tells you to give him up, when you have no right, you are in the impossibility to raise him, when you find shelter in a staircase, when you can eat the mercy of God, I wonder where are the human rights in Romania.
Finding myself in this situation I filed a report to the Town Hall, but I got a negative answer, then I went to another own hall in the county, having the same answer. This is how I had to draw the attention of the State presidency to demand my rights as citizen of this country. The president counsellors refused to appear, to give a written answer to my report, moreover they called the security and pushed us out, hurting my wife who was pregnant in five months, telling us that we have no right as citizens of this country.
I have to mention that if my wife gives birth in the street, the state authorities will take my child. Besides this I won't be able to give my name to my own child. Despite all these problems, the pregnancy is developing OK, the proof of it being the ecography she made.
The subject of our site is a desperate SOS towards those who want to help us to keep our child and to have a social status. We wish to leave this country and we need help, money, identity documents, passports and an official document from ONU organization.

Even in these conditions (I am living in the streets) I am the founder and permanent president of the foundation PRO AVIATIA, which runs its activity in several towns in the country.
The activity of the foundation is the following:
It was founded on February the 10th 1992. On June the 1st we organized the first aviation meeting, having no support from the authorized persons. I started to register members in the cities: Constanta, Brasov, Cluj, Deva, s.o.
I have learned on my own all about this field, I attended schools and I managed to adapt the university subjects to the level of elementary school. I also invited the TV stations to present my activities, but they presented my social status instead of advertising my activities in the field of aviation.
I made public one of my inventions, being in the impossibility to patent it because I have no identity card and no residence. I got no support, on the contrary everybody made it more difficult for me to present my inventions.
I presented this invention to the presidency, but none gave me a written answer.
I call on those who have good souls and good hearts, love children and believe in God, respect and protect the pregnant woman. Please help us to keep our child, as soon as you can!!

I have been knowing TILNEAC VALENTIN IOAN, residing in Hundeoara, 17 Mihai Viteazul Ave, IC BK 703278, since the summer of 2001, during this period he worked at the building of the church Intampinarea Domnului - Cluj Napoca, as construction foreman and team head in the fields of carpentry, concrete steel and masonry. During this period he proved a great conduct and he was appreciated by the investor.
At the same time, he develops a great activity in the field of sport aviation, training interested young people and children in the aviation field.
For any other future activity, in conformity with his professional training, I recommend the above mentioned person as being a fair, serious and gifted person.

Ion Iliescu's counsellors ordered to hit a pregnant woman
Valentin Tilneac is president of the foundation PRO Aviatia, Hunedoara. Self educated person, Tilneac specialized in the aviation field, especially the subsonic regime (0-800 km).
The foundation was set up in 1992 and developed different activities in the field.
The lack of a place to live in and the lack of the interest of the authorities led to Valentin Tilneac exclusion from society. The fact that he made a great invention meant to improve sports flight machines impressed no one.
Five in one
Valentin Tilneac had the idea of creating out of a single plane no less than five. Thus, according to his theory, at the fuselage of one plane we can adapt different equipment, so as the plane can be used as: moto-glider plane, plane with low wings, bi-plane, upper wings plane. His invention, named Abracadabra, was not homologated because the inventor has no residence. Which is the connection between these two aspects we could not find out. Why his file was not even taken into consideration and analysed by a specialist?
Tilneac says that he calculated correctly and that his theory might lead to important savings in the field of sportive aviation. Who is interested in producing five planes instead of only one?
Wanting to clarify both this problem and his social status, Valentin Tilneac went to the Presidency. He requested to talk to Ion Iliescu, but everything was delayed and the inventor had to file a report and wait for an answer in the legal term of 30 days. Though this term expired he received no answer.
The presidential consellors have no identity?
30 days later from the report filing, Valentin Tilneac went back to the presidency to clarify the situation. The patent was delayed, pretending that the legal term is 45 days. The counsellors refused to say their names, for no reason.
Because he has no residence, Tilneac can not have an identity card, but a provisional deed. He can not marry legally, even if his concubine, Ana-Maria Puscas, is 6 months pregnant.
Are the human rights observed by the counsellors? In the statement of the two men we may find the answer to this question: “We were forced to leave, we were pushed and beaten. We were told we are the ones who disturb the public order and no one told me the name of the person I talked to.“
If the president counsellors lend themselves to treat rudely and even hit a pregnant woman, what else we can expect to?
